All you need is a push button phone and a Personal Identification Number (PIN) that identifies you to our system. Of course, you can also speak to one of our representatives Monday – Saturday during regular business hours.

With Bank-By-Phone, you can:

• Check balances
• Verify ATM withdrawals
• Transfer funds between First American accounts
• Verify deposits or checks paid
• Make a payment to your First American loan
